Shipping

Online orders ship within 2-4 business days. Personalized orders typically require 3-5 business days. If we experience a delay, you will be notified.

Shipping cost and delivery time are determined by the delivery service you choose in checkout. Fees based on package weight and order destination from Nashville, TN.

Returns & Refunds

Our items are made to order.  Returns are not accepted unless items are damaged. If your merchandise is damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately so we may arrange a replacement. All damaged items must be returned to Ella Estelle.

Cancellations

Must be made within 24 hours. It is possible your order will ship the same day the order is received.

If your product is already printed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Custom Product – Yes we do!

Our in-house graphics team creates custom designs for invitations, save the dates, tea towels, photo cards, wine bottle labels, stickers, post cards, tea towels, hand fans, and more!

Custom design projects vary in price depending on the item(s) and time required. Design fees are billed at $50 per half hour.

Do you have your own graphics file and want us to print? We offer that too!

Our products are printed on-site using our digital offset printing press. Some of our products are manufactured or fabricated by trusted vendors.  Call us for more information about our custom services and pricing.

 

The Environment

We do our best to be kind to Mother Nature!  We try to select acid-free papers with low post-consumer recycled content, offering greater longevity. Domtar, one of our paper manufacturers, is a recognized leader in environmentally sustainable practices, providing “high quality paper with a conscience”.  We recycle our printing company paper waste.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Ella Estelle, LLC collects billing and credit card information needed to complete your order. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited. We respect your privacy and security and will not sell your information to any third party. We promise!
